Jay Leno Vs. Conan O’brien – Which Host Would You Watch?

The big battle going down on late night TV right now is Jay Leno vs Conan O’Brien. In 1992, Johnny Carson said goodbye to a faithful audience that had watched him for 30 years. Jay Leno hosted the Tonight Show
for only 17 years before handing the reins over to Conan O’Brien last may.

NBC and television and media in general are in a crisis. With the internet and free content giving people ACTUAL OBJECTIVE OPINIONS, big media can’t compete with their current business model. It seems an attempt to boost ratings to bring Jay Leno back.. Inevitably, this means either giving Conan O’Brien the boot or pushing him to a much less desired time slot.

Many are saying that Jay Leno is screwing over Conan O’Brien, and in this situation I’d have to agree. Jay left the tonight show to pursue a new original show on another network. Whether his ratings are down, he’s not getting paid enough, or his new show just doesn’t have the ring “The Tonight Show” has, Jay is trying to take back the pokemon card he fairly traded to Conan.

The debate rages on inside NBC and between Conan and Jay… but we want to know what you think! Who should host The Tonight Show, Jay Leno or Conan O’Brien? Which host would you rather watch?

Jay Leno had this to say about the dilemma:

Jay Leno vs. Conan O’Brien which host would you watch? Conan or Leno?

I'm looking to download episodes 34-45. I have 1-33 which I downloaded from an earlier torrent. Most of the places I looked in have 1-45 and stuff like that, but it's pointless downloading 1-33 again for me . Especially since it takes a LONG time to download. Can somebody please give me a torrent link to download these eleven episodes? Even if it's in 2-3 bots (like 34-38 and 40-44) it's fine by me .

A battlefield you can find anywhere, anytime / No place to hide – this is how Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (MGS4) is described. Hideo Kojima, Shujo Murata and Yoji Shinkawa are the producers, directors and writers of the game. If you have read mecha mangas or seen futuristic anime series such as: Ghost in the Shell, GANTZ, Saikano, Gundam Seed, Evangelion or Code Geass you will definitively be able to correlate those series to this game. MGS4 fuses several elements in this futuristic war game, artificial intelligence, self-aware combat units much like the Tachikomas of GITS and machines which combined look a lot like the final form of Chise in Saikano (The beauty and the beast unit)

Metal Gear Solid 4 is unlike any other war game you have played until now, it stands alone because the concept has only been seen in Japanese animations and not in video games. Half-Life 2 is the only game which has some similitudes to this game because it is also pretty futuristic, but in MGS4 the player must face several commandos with the aid of other AI combat units.

The main character of the game “Old Snake” a genetically engineered soldier is sent to the Middle East by Roy Campbell in order to terminate Liquid Ocelot, a man who operates Outer Heaven which at the same time controls the five largest private military companies (PCMs) that fight wars for business purposes. As you see the plot is quite complex as there are several proxies which control organizations and combat units, so it may be natural to feel a bit disoriented as far as knowing what’s going on in the game. Some gamers argue that there might be some plot holes as far as knowing who has stronger dominant genes, Ocelot, Solidus or Snake.

The technology used by Old Snake has been improved from previous versions and incorporates elements seen in Ghost in the Shell such as optical camouflage called “octocamo” which allows the player to blend with any surface, a new “solid eye” replaces the binoculars which were used in previous versions and provide greater details of the terrain and enemy. High-tech devices and war is what this game is all about so you will see a lot of items which may look familiar if you are a manga/anime fan.

Those players who are new to this game will not be lost since MGS4 provides a recap of the events that happened in previous versions of the game which hold crucial information in order to understand what’s going on, the recap includes scenes from Metal Gear Solid 1, 2 and 3. MGS4 is a game which has carved a niche of its own when it comes to futuristic wars.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (commonly referred to as MGS4), is the massively popular video game from Hideo Kojima, blending stealth, action, a supreme story, and intensity. In this Metal Gear Solid 4 review I will attempt to fairly and accurately sum up the game’s strengths and weaknesses. Upon release, many critics revered the game as being technically flawless – which nobody can doubt. The graphics are the peak of anything that has been seen in this generation of gaming, and the game is completely glitch and bug-free.

Without giving too much of the plot away in this Metal Gear Solid 4 review, you start the game as ‘Old Snake’, who is the same Solid Snake from MGS1 and 2, and have been sent to a Middle-Eastern country because you have word that your half-brother, Liquid Snake is in attendance. During the opening scenes that are set in the near future, we learn that the world has become a sequence of wars, to the point where war has become a routine. With Otacon once again at his side, Snake sets off on a new adventure, with the aid of his octo-camo, which can change to suit the landscape, chameleon style, and the Mk II robot, which can be remote controlled by Snake.

The opening level is fantastic, and you’ll find yourself drawn into gunfights and helping out the local Militia against the PMC troops. Doing so will earn you their admiration, and will allow you to pass through their bases unquestioned.

A Metal Gear Solid 4 review wouldn’t be complete without a look into the boss fights. Meta Gear Sold games have a long history of fantastic boss battles, and this doesn’t disappoint. On each level you’ll be going up against a different one of the Mantis Elite Group. One resembles and octopus, and can turn invisible, one soars like a giant eagle, and fires off rockets, another is like a giant mechanical wolf with a rail gun attached to them, and the last is similar to Psycho Mantis from the first game, in that they float around and can control people. Overall, this game scores a 9/10 for me, since I feel the latter levels don’t quite live up to the promise of the first two.
