Hi Confused. Realplayer doesn't work with the new YouTube. You could try VDownloader Free instead.

i watch my naruto on animefuel.com its free and it doesnt need downloading. i dont know about the realplayer thing but its a good site.

I've used RealPlayer to do that successfully on Cartoon Network Videos. Unfortunately, they only have few videos posted at once. But, Cartoon Network Australia may have more.

I watch all my naruto episodes on hulu.
